Bullying

I consider bullying to be on the top of the list of the most serious issues among teenagers nowadays that is not being blown up out of proportion in any way. The main reason why it is a hot topic is because of the possible outcomes that it can lead to. Unfortunately, the consequences of bullying sometimes make an impact on the rest of the victim’s life, crippling it, and turning in a row of continuous tests for durability. These children usually become vulnerable for the rest of their lives. At the same time, if the bulling was interrupted right at the beginning, trace reaction to it can be absolutely insignificant in the form of weak intensity of negative emotions.
In some cases, when a child was exposed to a school bulling repeatedly and throughout a long time, he can develop serious post-traumatic stress disorder which can last for the whole lifetime. According to most of the researchers dealing with this problem, post-traumatic stress disorder includes five phases of the development. The first phase is the phase of despair which is expressed in the increased uneasiness level when the child still badly realizes all the events occurring. The second phase – a denial phase. It includes constant attempts to force out what happened from the memory. During this phase the victim can have somatic frustration, insensibility and even sleeplessness. The third phase is a phase of a depression or persistence. It is a humility phase with the occurred violence against emotional liability which can include a sleep disorder and bad mood. As you see, a perfectly normal child can turn into a legit psychopath.
I think parents are the ones who are responsible for taking care of the bully to make sure that it will never happen before. Since what causes a child to bully peers comes from how the child is treated by others, and how he has been brought up.
