Education is a system of learning in which knowledge, values, skills, beliefs, values and habit of a collection of persons. Individuals are transferred from one generation to the next through training, teaching, discussion, storytelling, and research studies. Education can also include informal transmission of such information from one individual to another. Educational systems refer to the public schooling, not a private education and are normally from kindergarten through high school programs at the university level.
Educational systems in China include pre-school, primary school, secondary school, high school, university and college and graduate school education. High school educational systems accommodate children from the age 12-17 years. The local government runs education systems and other business authorities. State runs secondary schools including junior middle school that goes for three years, and they are compulsory. After junior middle school, they typically go to senior secondary school. It also runs senior middle schools that goes for 3years and is not mandatory, and students must pay a minimal tuition fees. Private high school offer specialized educations, but qualification are considered to be the same level as those of the state-run high school. Graduations from high school, those who achieve a higher level join university education and those with lower grade join vocational colleges for 3-4 years of study.
In USA, high school educational system is available, with the control and funding coming from the state, local and federal government. The state government set education standards and standardize the tests for public school educations. The secondary schools system contains junior high school and the high school. From junior high school, they join high school and after graduation from high school, they usually award a diploma or certificate. After graduating high school, (12th grade), student may go to high education that include college or university study.
