As an educated individual I want and desire to attain a higher level of education. Attaining a Masters in Marketing is very valuable as it will assist me in my life long endeavors. Many businesses seek professionals with marketing certification because they can help organizations satisfy customers and identify future loyal customers using strategies. They are also able to use programs and analyses to satisfy the needs of the customers and increase business potential using carefully planned communicative avenues. I believe I have the drive and determination to bring this to any future organization as I am determined to succeed. I also have the drive, skills and knowledge to bring about a positive desired outcome.
Marketers have to know what people in general want and how to get products and items to customers. My past and present experiences has helped me achieve some of the requirements for the Masters Marketing Program. Some of my contributive characteristics are but not limited to my ability to work and think independently, clearly express myself in speech and in written form and strategically format thought and plans. I also take the time to conduct research, analyze findings and present solutions. I am also great with time management and am a complex problem solver.

As a young individual, I worked for Huanshen Group Iron & Steel Company in the summer

of 2009. I held the title of Account Assistant and was required to perform certain tasks. Some of them were processing payments, managing report documentations, maintaining and purchasing computer hardware and software. While I purchased some of the items I wondered who made the decision to order the parts and what key role did they play in the company. I soon realized we had marketing representatives and a marketing department. This opened my eyes to new resources and I began my journey to wanting to conduct similar career duties and tasks.
I attained my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with my major in Economics. This subject alone is based off of how we as people use our resources. The resources can be the land that we dwell on, the equipment and tools we use to build buildings on that land and so on. The person who is in charge of finding resources or what people and businesses want to develop their plans is the marketing representative. Economics also deals with time management, the amount of money people and organizations spend. Both majors combined will result in a very knowledgeable employee. This individual would be able to help reduce unnecessary company spending, increase profit and help produce great input and output ratios. In this case my undergraduate studies relates to the Masters in Marketing Program.
My experiences are wide and vast as they are an accumulation of technical, managerial and customer service duties. They include collection of data and conducting research on attained information. Transferring knowledge gained on specific subjects and translate information into another language to help others better and fully comprehend the material they receive. I also planned, developed materials to train and orient new hires about their jobs and duties.
As a forward thinking and creative mindful individual I comprehend the purpose and power of the media. Its usefulness and resourcefulness comes in handy when attempting to market highly recommended products. I intend to branch outwards into the international markets, as I do understand psychologically what customers want and need versus what they request. Branding is not the only true reason to help market sell and profit from products. Having a degree in the subject would provide potential promotional career. This is considering it is dealing with a fast paced and unique environment.
Some of the material is second nature to me as I am fully aware that I will be successful in the Masters in Marketing Program. I am a people person and with leadership can take the initiative to assist other students who are struggling academically in the course. Working with other students helps to further my leadership abilities and show more responsibility on my behalf. In closing I know I have the experience and skills to assist me if admitted into this program. I am motivated and dedicated towards my studies and plan to continue with achieving my goals.
