Gullar’s on the manifesto of the Neo-Concrete Art describes various theories revolving around that kind of art. Neo-concrete is used to distinguish those who observe non-figurative geometric art and particularly the kind of concrete art influenced by acute rationalism. Artists or painters who engage in Neo-concrete exhibition came to the conclusion that it was prudent to evaluate the values in which it was founded. Advances in mechanics and physics widened the horizons of the objective and led those responsible for deepening the artistic revolution to an increasing rationalization of the process and the purposes of painting. Despite the consecration of the precision of mechanics and objectivity of science, some artists have been able to surpass the limits imposed by the theories. Examining Mondrian arts based on the principles make us conclude either that art is part of life or such things are impossible which in turn makes his work to fail. Arguing that art is not part of life is not true since everything that we do in life is an art. Despite the theoretical contradictions in the works of Mondarian, they still exist. Viewing Mondarian as a destroyer of surface, the plane, and line does not make sense if we do not perceive the new space, which is an art, creates. Mondarian through his works creates a new space that revolutionizes the industry. The works of Pevsner and Vantongerloo also have the same base as the works of Mondarian. According to Vantongerloo, the mathematical equations made in the process of developing artworks does not matter since people only view an artwork based on the rhythms and the meanings of the various colors. It is true that human beings do not view things from the deeper value but the face value. The notion is a convectional perception believed by many and often influence how we see and valuate things .The different mathematical calculations made in developing the artworks are not considered important, but the colors and the rhythms are given much attention. Individuals who did not observe new plastics have been viewed as ingenuous and people who never understood new plastics. Malevich for instance was victimized because he recognized the primacy of pure sensibility in art. In his artworks, Malevich gave his paintings a transcendental dimension that today makes him relevant. Malevich when he came with his new ideas faced full and constant opposition. When people come up, with new ideas they tend to face opposition from the bureaucrats who do not want them to have new ideas. Non –concrete art that came due to the need to express complex reality of modern humanity does not support the existence and the validity of positivist and scientific attitudes thus raising questions on the issues of expression. Rationalism, on the other hand, robs the art the autonomy and replaces it with some qualities of scientific objectivity. Laddaga addresses some key points of the Guller manifesto. The experience of various individuals when they view a particular kind of art differs. Some people view artwork as a composition of colors, lines, materials, and objects that are hanged on the wall. Notions for attracting the attention of various individuals include the time, form and the integrated color. Notions preexist the work in such a way that it would be impossible to speak of them in terms that might decompose.
The use of Gullar’s language is above phenomenology. We are likely inclined to use that of information theory. The art works are of high information but unfortunately, most people do not realize that. Information on art works is generated at the points in which things make contact. For instance, the composition produced in 1960 by Jesus Soto that comprised of wood, wires, and metal. If an individual was asked to analyze that, they would probably count the filaments and the lines and ignore the number of relations between the components which is more important.
