Article Review On A Short Reflection

Anybody who has been given authority or has been appointed to head an Islamic State should possess qualities and attributes to enforce justice, fairness and uphold the rights of all Muslims. The reason as to why God formed an executive body of law in the form of a government is to ensure execution of fairness and justice by this particular institution which should have a head in this case the head of a state of an Islamic nation. It is clear that the stipulation of the enforcement of the law that in turn created the government by the Prophet (peace be upon him) was meant to continue even after his departure from earth.
For a man to attain happiness he needs laws and ordinances to govern him. That also gave rise to the formation of the rules of how to equitably distribute resources among the poor, as well as the rich, because they all pay taxes. That is also done through structures and systems that are put in place. One of these systems is the tax levying system. The government must meet its administrative and financial obligations for example health, education, defense and economic development. The taxes also help the government to run its day to day activities and service to the people without any strain.
Islamic unity and freedom are paramount. In order to achieve this, a government must be put in place, headed by a supreme ruler and leader who has extensive knowledge of the law. The government should be free of foreign intervention and agents who act as puppets for their own gainful purposes of oppression and suppression on the expense of the Muslims. Muslims will never stand and watch as traitors and agents of foreign powers appropriate the wealth and the sweat of millions of Muslims. The unfair economic mandate imposed to Muslims by foreign agents, and imperialists must be done away with completely.
