Abstract
I’ am planning to solve the laziness issue in Saudi Arabia in Jeddah city specifically by changing Saudis lifestyle through proactive behaviors. Since that laziness became a primary cause of concerns with 68% Saudis who are suffering from obesity. It leads to ranking the country to be the 3rd most slothful country in the world. One of the evident causes is that most of the Saudis don’t perform physical activities to keep them healthy. They depend on cars mostly instead of walking (). They ignore the fact of not being physically active will lead to fatal diseases, so these reasons led me to my aim, which is motivating Saudis to fight laziness trough proactive behavior.
Research Question
What do I want to create for the Saudi society? How do I want Saudis to adapt sport? What I’m I going to prove to them? What do I want to demonstrate to them? How I’m I going to motivate them?
Objectives
My objective is to create a healthier proactive environment for our society by adapting sport as a usual habit and prove that jogging and walking will give them energy and boost their health as well. I want to demonstrate to them that being unhealthy, and lack of physical activities can cause serious illness issues and deaths. So I want to motivate them by using unordinary methods with the use of technology, graphic design, and graphic design.
Target audience/Audience
I’m targeting Saudis from both genders male and female from age 18-50 years in Jeddah city as my primary market. It is because; Saudis are the people that I want to deliver my message to them. And for the secondary market I’m targeting wellness coaches, nutritionists and healthcare motivational speakers that have the full knowledge of health and physical activities. They will motivate all the people in Saudi Arabia on the importance of exercising and being physically healthy. Also, to helps them to meet wellness goals that will change their lifestyle.

Deliverables
The outcomes that I intend to achieve are to increase the amount of Saudis engaging in improving their proactive behavior by making Jeddah’s walkways. I also want to attract them through cooperating with graphic design and environmental graphic design. It is to draw people’s attention and motivate them towards it by making the walkways fun to look at while walking. In addition, with the use of colorful, catchy signage system that includes health facts, motivational quotes, and inspiring Islamic Supplications. And also use of new technologies such as phones applications by creating a pedometer app to count their steps, burned calories, and traveled distance. It will help to know who is ready to compete with by showing their levels score while walking. Also calling wellness coaches, nutritionists, and health care motivational speakers to look at ways to motivate Saudis about physical activities and that it should be treated as an epidemic case.
