I am contacting you for the following reason: I would like you to rate the services our company which were provided to you in the first quarter of this year. It is a pleasure having you as our client, and for that reason it is important for us to know your opinion about the quality of our services and whether you are satisfied with them. We are striving to do everything possible to meet the demands and expectations of our clients, but in order to check whether we are achieving our goal, we need your help. I would appreciate if you could find 5-10 minutes to assess the quality of the services we provided to you in the first quarter of 2015. Especially I am interested in the following questions:
Which services you were completely satisfied with (i.e. you were satisfied with their quality, scope and time required for their provision) and would like our company to continue providing?
Which services you think need to be improved? Please specify which aspects of the services you were not satisfied with, and what needs to be improved in order to meet your expectations?
Please rate my actions as a head of the department. Do you consider that I cope with my responsibilities? What should I change in order to be more client-oriented?
