Introduction
Forensic science plays a critical role in handling the justice system in world. It is an investigation of crimes founded on physical evidence that is available. Thereafter, it is transferred carefully to a laboratory where is analyzed. The indication got from analyzing of the proof is taken to court. In this research project, it examines the case of an employee whose contract has been terminated by the company.

The constitution of the United States of America governs the rights of its citizen and states explicitly that people houses of residence cannot be searched without a proper warrant issued. Individuals are entitled to privacy if they do not breach other people peace and security. A search warrant is supposed to be issued by a court of law with a vow of affirmation. In case there is a criminal investigation of someone the rule can be broken, and the privacy of someone can be broken.
Theft in any place is not allowed and being in charge of security in the company am supposed to make sure no theft occurs. As the security officer am supposed to raise a formal complaint to the police that we have theft in the company. As the security officer in the company is mandated to ensure, the company equipment is secure. I am better placed to investigate the private car for Yourprop than the human resource manager. However, the constitution allows people right of privacy and I cannot examine the car forcefully. I have to inform Mr. Yourprop that the company has lost an item, and we request him to open his vehicle for investigation. After he agrees, the car will be searched for any evidence of the lost equipment in the car. If it is found, we charge t MR. Yourprop in a court of law (Wiles, 2007).
If an evidence of theft is found on Mr.Yourprop, the supervisor who is in charge of the Make Stuff Company is entitled to pursue a criminal investigation of the case. From the forensic evidence, the company gathers from MR. Yourprop work area and if it matches the one in digital form in his car. The company is entitled to pursue criminal investigations on the matter. However, the constitution is clear on that one has to inform the authorities to investigate Mr. Yourprop. The authority has to get search warrants on the car before the car is searched (Taylor, 2006).
The company policies state that anyone who enters the syndicate can be searched if he signs the copy of the guidebook on privacy. Mr. Yourprop has not signed the handbook making it hard for the company to investigate him. The company staff cannot search his items since he is protected by the national constitution of the company. It matters a lot in the investigation against him.
The company security team is in charge of anyone who enters and leaves the building. Everyone is searched to make sure no illegal things penetrate in the company that may cause harm to fellow work mates. The security team is also in charge to make sure no employee gets out of the company with any company property that is not authorized to have. The security team can be directed to open Mr.Yourprop briefcase and search any digital evidence that is available.
