The video shows that Bolivians experience big problems with water shortage, and for the population of this country clean water is the equivalent to blue gold. Life of the majority of the population turns into a nightmare as they live without vital substance a human can not live without.

The problem is that Bolivia is a land-locked country that has no exit to a coastal part of the continent.
