Memorandum to the CEO
In accordance with the research that was taken in our department, we have come up with the below-discussed matters that have made the culture of the organization to change from the recent past.
The research showed that organizations take or skim money out of the top donations. This means that the money earned is just for their benefit. We also realized that when someone donates direct to particular charities. There is utilization of accounting tricks by the non-profit organizations to channel the money in their appropriate proportions and finally the research found that these organizations donate the funds to those organizations that discriminate against women and other ethnic groups.
On the beginning of the new millennium, research showed that most of the groups were not happy about the announcement of limiting the money to large and medium-sized groups. The suggestion will see other groups being locked out since they don’t attain the least revenue of $50 and the percentage of 32 percent or less of the overhead revenue.
On the organizational learning we would use the offline external mechanism since it simplifies the damage control for the higher management to make decisions that are in the best interest of its community and also teach the subordinates to follow the same direction. It also focuses on the exploration-exploitation tension identified. This poses the need to prefer it from other strategies. This could be achieved by providing workshops and implementation of new policies.
The research proposes that for these organizations to develop, there must be accountability in the whole process once they have it people will gain trust and work according to the rules since they know they are accountable in all what they do. Transparency is another measure that needs to be taken seriously here. Without that there will be no trust in any transaction that takes place in the organization. Organizational learning acts as an overall of both the accountability and transparency since it serves the community’s best interest.
