I would wish to express my appreciation for the excellent services you offer to your clients especially those who engage in business. I have learned of your services through friends and associates who use your exceptional services frequently around the globe. Your services are effective, reliable and accessible from every corner of the globe. This has made business transactions efficient and successful. Therefore, one does not need to worry about carrying tangible cash all the time while travelling so long as they have your Visa credit card. I am writing this letter to request for assistance from you, I am involved in the international business which requires frequent travelling and international money exchange. However, your company policy hinders me from getting a credit card that suits my lifestyle and business transactions demands. The company’s policy explicitly states that new customers may only receive a $7,500 limit, even when the family income is very high. This prevents me from getting a credit card that will meet my needs. I therefore wish to apply for a Visa credit card with a limit of $15,000.
I humbly request that you consider changing your company policy so as to cater for the needs of new customers who wants a Visa credit card with a limit of $15,000. The $7,500 limit is very inconvenient to new customers who are involved in large transactions in international markets across the globe. The low limit offered now discourages many potential customers who would wish to use your services, forcing them to seek services from alternative companies that gather for their demands. This is a great loss to your company in terms of profit and bigger customer base especially in the business class customers. I therefore urge you to consider reviewing your company policy to avoid losing potential clients to your competitors and make me and other potential customers in my level access your valuable services.
