Hock’s vision in terms of organizational structure was to build an organization that does not follow traditional methods, or hierarchical, or top-down decision making, but an organization that focuses on common purpose and agreement. He believed that the organizations are based on biological concepts and methods, and such organizations must advance to develop and organize itself. Hock strongly believed in four ideas that would help an organization grow. The initial idea was to have chaordic leadership not only in banking sector but also in education, government, social services, and environmental management. Secondly to create four-dimensional physical models of such structures for people to have something tangible to examine, relate to their existing organizations, play with, and enhance .The third idea was to create an intellectual foundation that includes financial, methodical, political, historic, technical, and ethical documentation for the certainty of a change to chaordic organizations. The last idea was to create a global chaordic institution to implement the principles of chaordic organizations at a rapid rate.
Hock also believed that the old perception and mechanistic model of reality must be abandoned, the philosophies of living systems as a basis for establishing must be embraced, create an invisible organization and maintain it that way for best results, and the organization must be highly decentralized and highly collaborative. Dee Hock’s vision of a democratic age is still unforeseen and its motivation will be seen generating from the living systems.
