The article provides a number of guidelines for engineers that can prove beneficial if followed appropriately. While the article observes that most engineers are technically proficient, their major undoing relies on their administrative and personal nature. This results from the inability of the engineers to follow the undocumented laws of professional conduct. The article notes that most engineers often get frustrated and embarrassed by their continuous violations of the undocumented laws.
