I am writing to you on behalf of my client, Mr./Ms (Name), with regards to concerns to his/her application process for the approval of a structured payment system.

According to the legal representation of the uncles and the grandfather on my client’s mother’s side, the sole avenue that is acceptable to them to placate them according to their lawyers is that the abovementioned demand, that the property be sold and the proceeds be apportioned, be complied with. The case is still awaiting resolution in the courts.
