Essay On Three Rooms In My House
People usually say simplicity is beauty but for me simplicity is not enough when it comes to my three roomed house: living room, dining and master bedroom. Every room in this house shows my inner self and one can easily look at my soul through this house in that my personality is shown through it. It is made of wood with simple but elegant designs and is appealing to my eyes.
The living room is spacious so as to accommodate visitors. Entering this room, there are lovely furniture, comfortable leather couches, colourful carpet on the floor and a large display shelve with paintings and family pictures showing their various achievements. There is also a large fireplace situated perfectly away from the wooden wall. Hanging in the centre of the room is a chandelier which lights up the whole room.
Directly accessible from the interior is the master bedroom. It is quite spacious with a standard bed with comfy sheets and a bed dresser. Chest of drawers is beside the bed which sits pretty close to a dressing table and an additional table where one can read a book. This room also has a large window which lets ample natural light in during the day.
Adjacent conveniently form the kitchen is the dining room. A round wooden dining table with extension leaves that can accommodate up to eight people is placed perfectly in the center of the room. All round it are dining chairs that can be tucked to create more space when necessary. On the dining table are baskets with different kinds of fruits.
Something is meaningful because you put it in your heart. As the old saying goes, "Home is where the heart is.” Through reliving my childhood, the happiness I've experienced, and the feeling it causes to be there, I know that my home is possibly the most meaningful symbol I could ever have.
