The ethical side of leadership did receive greatest level of attention in the recent years because influencing others can have dynastic ramifications that one has to consider while doing his or her job as organizational leader in the multitude of industries. However, the leader of effective stature does have to balance the needs of the many with those of the few. The managerial construct of psychological contract breach originates due to a rift that prevails between the manager and his or her team in order to destroy the linkages those indeed sustain the integrity of the company.
The leader has to form a logically developed and conceived balance between one’s effort and his compensation so that he or she can experience significant level of motivation to remain engaged in order to accomplish the goals and objectives of the employer. Secondly, the managers have to follow the due process of procedural justice in order to mitigate conflicts between the participants of the organizational setup. The leaders have to devise a method of leading that can prevent the feeling of heartbreak from prevailing in the workforce. The flatter and technological upgraded organizations have learned to institutionalize stimulating human resource practices that can jolt a spark of creativity and intuition in the people that will enable them to achieve innovative state in the relevant industry. The leader has to retain the human capital through exercising politeness and he or she is to implement corrective measures via applying softening tone of voice. The leaders have to build teams by hiring people who are more intelligent than they are, and if the managers cannot cultivate the feeling of pride and belongingness to the organizations in the human capital then, the dissatisfied employees will leave in order to professionally engage somewhere else. The leaders have to honey-trap his or her subordinates into a cage made out of favorable compensation, conducive work environment, and soft managerial controls.
