The examination is aimed at testing the learning abilities of the students in terms of the algebra knowledge that the students have acquired over the course. The assessment as to whether this examination will be taken as a final or end term test will be completely based on how well does the class perform in the test.
The material covered in the examination is that as mentioned in the course outline at the beginning of the course. The theory parts comprise of what and how functions of algebra and the problem-solving parts involve different knowledge of differentiation and other concepts that require analytical abilities of the subject matter.
Types of Questions:

Multiple choice questions
True and False
Fill in the Blanks questions
The multiple-choice questions will not be based on definitions but will try to see the implications and problem-solving ability of the student by applying the concepts of Algebra. The fill in the blanks portion will have theory questions that check the subject understanding of the students.
The number of questions in the examination will be decided on the basis of the nature and extent of the course that has been covered in the syllabus. The supposed number of questions as of yet is 50 questions comprising of multiple choice problems along with few questions of fill in the blanks type.
Importance of the Exam:
Any examination is important because it helps understand what level of knowledge has been acquired and what level of learning is yet to be acquired. This examination will be particularly important because of the following reasons:
-The grades in the examination will comprise of 25 percent of the overall grade. The failure to pass or attend the examination will lead to lesser credit in the final marking.
-The grades in this examination will be directly added to the remaining 75 percent, without any conversion. This means that every student will get an opportunity to gain the 25 percent directly from this test out of the 100 percent.
-The questions are prepared to cover the overall syllabus and will be a good learning process for the students, so that the final examination preparation will not be hectic and tiresome, as you will have prepared for a significant portion of the total course already.
Study sessions and Time allotment:
The study sessions required for the test will be subjective as to how much the student has devoted his time and dedication to the assignments that have been provided in the course previously. Since the course allots to a significant portion of the course, students are advised to have a tutor in case there are any problems with any portion of the overall course.
The instructor should focus on helping the students in understanding the basic concepts underlying the course. The theory of Algebra, as well as the problem-solving parts, is to be given equal importance. Along with getting assistance from a tutor, the students are also advised to form small study groups and utilize the learning of the full course through knowledge sharing and combined problem-solving.
Other concerns to address:
Apart from the necessary information on the areas to be covered, and how the areas are to be included in the Algebra examination, the following considerations are to be assessed by the students, as well as the invigilator.
This test is an individual test. No student is allowed to copy or attempt to copy the answers of other students. In the case any student is found to be indulged in any such activity, the invigilator has the full authority to hold the paper of the student in his custody.
The students are to ask the invigilator present in the examination hall regarding the use of the calculator. Whether the calculator will be required or not will be informed at the examination hall. Only with the approval of the invigilator can the students use calculators for the exams.
The students are to make sure that the set of questions provided to them belong to their class and inform the invigilator if the contrary is found.
Apart from the course books, the students are advised to visit the library and get some reference books and study them. The internet can also use the internet and assess additional knowledge about the concepts that have been learned in the class.
Working notes form an important part of the grading system. The students are advised to show their working notes on the sides and attach the additional papers along with the answer sheet in case working notes are done on paper.
The change in all the clauses explained is subject to change as per the decision of the course instructor, on the basis of contingent factors. All the students are expected to follow the guidelines and prepare accordingly.
