Summary

It is very important that an organization should carry diversity management. As in organization diverse workforce is always recommended by the managers, as diversity is a sign of innovation in the businesses. The organizations are removing discrimination when they incorporate at a macro level. . Organizations are built on stages that are; diversity, group/team procedures, and outcomes. The above stages have a higher level i.e. human resource policies and practices, business strategy, organizational culture and organization context.

Learning points

The organizational section has bigger perspective when it comes to a strategic approach to diversity management. There is a huge amount of activity taken place through recognition that is given to the diversity which is present in the workforce.

Critical thinking

I think diversity present in an organization is better. It helps in meeting new people, sharing new ideas, motivating one another and understanding each other.

Practical Implementation:

Bill Gates Microsoft Company is one example. He believes in diversity and bringing different people together on one platform. Encouraging young children from different countries by knowing their new innovation.

Conclusion

There are organizations that are not aware of critical negative consequences and there might be a chance that they are imposing it on their workforce. Therefore to accomplish the targeted goals one must understand diversity management and discrimination present in the organization.
