The community healthcare projects also assist in helping community members become responsible for their health issues.
The community health project is chosen for the various reasons with the primary one being that it teaches basic requirements towards living positively and how best community members can recover from illnesses (Shi & Signh, 2011). The programs also teach them how they can prevent contracting various diseases and how best they should care for those affected by their societies. The health care services are also readily available as they are initiated right within the community thus people don’t have to travel far seeking medical attention. The programs also come with lower costs meaning members of the society can afford them, and the providers are readily available.
