On the other hand, effective communication encoding and coding is influenced by channels, completeness, presentation and medium. Electronic mailing is very effective in delivering messages as it is very fast, convenient, effective, it can be sent to many people at once, it saves paper, printing and time. The cost of sending is also low. However, it requires people who have profound computer knowledge. In addition, not everyone has internet connection and spam emails and viruses may be send. On the other hand, verbal communication is just like electronic is beneficial in that it saves time and money, no paper work required and it is also effective. It is disadvantageous in that, it does not provide future evidence of the communication and is not suitable in case of distance. Finally, nonverbal communication is very different from electronic and verbal communication. Its advantages are there is a written proof, it is economical, it does not require personal contact and it is clear and explanatory. However, it is advantageous in that it takes much time; it is costly and lacks secrecy.
3) Explain how to get you message across more effectively in your company to your workers?
Getting message to all your workers effectively requires a two way process. The first process should involve information sharing from the top management then to various departmental managers who then deliver the information to the employees in his or department. On the other hand, message can also be delivered from the employees through the lower management to the top management. These processes enhance effectiveness in message delivery to the workers.
