We live in modern world, where human face with such problem as communicable disease. Communicable disease – infection caused by several microorganisms. As we live our normal life human body can be in danger twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. This is explained with infection ability to spread. Some recent studies pointed out common threats, which can afflict modern communities. Those threats are: tuberculosis, influenza, severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), HIV/AIDS. (Rothman, Hsieh and Yang). To prevent each threat, some actions have to be taken. To prevent active tuberculosis from attacking human body many doctors recommend to take medications. This medication contain small amount of microorganisms (tuberculosis). It is usually recommended to take them because it can diagnose if you are willing to have this disease and prevent it in future. Influenza is another respiratory disease. Usually it is related with epidemics during winter period of time, when human organism is weaker, due to less vitamin consumption. Anyone can be affected and recommendations to do flu shot is always given. Influenza can harden your life by making your health go worse. This is related with SARS. One problem grows into another. SARS is usually related with pneumonia. Antibiotics will be used as treatment, because this SARS can lead to tragedy. HIV/AIDS are typically caused by different microorganism that lower your immunity. This diseases can be caused by having unsafe sex or drug abuse (when blood got infected due multiple injections). Each diseases can be related and caused by each other and human body immunity is trying to overcome this treats. Immunity can be acquired by genotype or phenotype. Genotype immunity is the one that was passed throughout your family. Phenotype immunity is type of immunity, which was acquired by individual in a response to environment. Human body has active and passive immunity. Active is always present within us. Active immunity is developed slowly within from two to eight weeks. Our organism creates antibodies by itself. Passive immunity is caused by injecting different medications. Our organism can’t produce needed antibodies to fight disease, so additional help is required.
