At the start of the Winter/Spring 2015 semester, we take this opportunity to remind you of the importance of creating a professional development plan with your team members. As a division director, it is essential that you assist your staff in their professional and career development opportunities. By creating a career development plan in conjunction with each of your collaborators, you will be documenting the goals, skills sets, competency requirements and objectives of each member.
