Racism has existed since the time of slavery where both the Whites and Africans are highly involved in this issue. Both the video and the article clear indicate that racism is still an issue between the whites and the Africans been today. The video argue that their existed a class of workers during the time of slavery. During this time the Whites used the blacks as slaves whereby they worked in their farms for peanuts. However, the video is misleading when it argues that the 70% of the whites perceived the blacks to the racism when in the actual sense the whites presented racism against the blacks.

The article greatly represents the whites as the receiving end of racism. However, I don’t think this is the case per to the today’s world. Many instances, happening in the world clearly show that the whites remain to be racism as compared to the blacks. An outstanding example is what happening in the field of international footballers where they have been instances of African players being discriminated with respect to their race by the whites.
Finally, I don’t agree with the authors arguments that many people are uncomfortable talking about race. Many people still have the racism planted in their hear meaning that they are still comfortable. In addition, it is also not true that racism ended when Martin Luther King freed the slaves this is because it is still available within the society. The believe that the whites replace the blacks when it comes to issue of racism is misleading as they also practice it against the blacks and blacks practices it back.
