Humanistic Theories enhances Interpersonal Relationships
Humanism is the mind and thoughts in word perfect state of the 6th sense bestowed on human beings in a life time. The conscious state enables the human being to think about reasoning and evaluate its behavior to reflect values in interpersonal relationship with fellow human beings. Respecting the humanistic values in self and in all, is honoring the well being of humanity. Humanistic theories have different schools of thought. The cultural aspects of a society, psychology’s academic approaches, and religion play a crucial role in humanism. Taking the cue from psychological approaches, the study highlights the person and the human life on the whole. The inner feelings are responsible for human behavioral patterns. Some psychologists define the humanistic approach as a third force, which comes under their psychoanalysis studies. Human nature, condition, and behavior come into the practice of therapy, inquiry, and analysis in the study process of humanistic theories in psychology which influences interpersonal relationships. The mind, and the thought sometimes unconsciously reflect on the behavior which is illogical, based on the instinct sense or force. The free will of the mind has the choice to determine the approach to life, the pathway it adopts and the consequences it faces. The inborn basic nature is good which gives the self an opportunity to remain good to derive the best for one’s own self and its interpersonal relationships ensures human well-being. Such noble content in humanism enables the mind to get over suffering, pain, and disasters in life. Realism or knowing, understanding, and realizing the true-self or the realistic self is connected to psychological growth, fulfillment, and absolute feeling of content in the mind. A very simple approach for the mind in ‘humanistic theories’ is to know well for understanding what it is to be a human and what truly a human is.
