The executive leadership style of the companies determines its role and vision to grow in multiple dynamics. There are various kinds of leadership style but “Nestle” follows a very competitive and growing environment that not only impacts the gross route level employees but also have a profound effect on the culture of the company. The executive leadership of the company comprises a board of director that is led by a chairman. The chairman is the person who leads the group of directors i.e. 14 members or directors.
