The system theory in the essence argues that an organization has to house a systematic approach in order to fulfill its goals and objectives. The article entitled “Opening System Theory” establishes the need to introduce an evolutionary trend in the theoretical background of the framework that develops the idea of having a system in order to accomplish anything in the world of material and substance. However, both of articles are talking about the same thing, but in a different perspective. Additionally, the abovementioned piece of managerial literature argues that system theory is changing according to the needs of the 21st century while the journal entry about Learning Organization provides a vehicle to achieve what the other one is suggesting. There is no significant differences present in both of the works. The only disparity that is notable in nature stems out of the need to develop a concise plan on the lines of having a system that is going to fulfill the objectives of both the featured studies. Secondly, human development provides the very basis upon which the process of organizational growing is going to be achieved in due time.
In other words, the change is the means that will create a modernistic form of the organization. The learning organization is not a divine concept, but represents practical implementation of a system that is looking for creating a proper balance between its external and internal environment. The scholars in the favor of learning organization treat the concept as an organism whose primary concern is to ensure its survival. The relevant cliché goes to say that grows which survives so the company has to create such a dynamic structure that is having an instantaneous willingness to change within no time. With the passage of time, humanistic characteristics have found an applicatory ways within the latest form of the company.
The system theory retaliates against the overpowering resistance that it faced during the early days because the human side rejected the argument to have a system. Human intellect stands alone, and it is above all the systematic approaches, but as time passed, the researchers identified the growing need to have more and more systems because they realized that we are indeed living in the eventful world made out of systems over systems. The human body packs a system within itself as well. There are psychological and physiological systems and forces at work those create the world around all of us, and therefore, there is no escape possible from the word “systematic” whatsoever.
The definition of system evolved and bettered itself by adding the need to have constant change so collectively, we can argue that the articles are pointing out towards the need to have constantly changing systems, and one mechanism is not going to be enough in order to assure the survival of the company. The organizational setups those are designed to learn will base their culture on the requirement to create an inbound structure that can motivate the employees to have increasing level of knowledge. Bald and illiterate person known as Steve Jobs created the best learning organization. He did not have education, but nature crafted him to attain greatness. He received inspirations from early childhood, and he failed, but he met success in creating an organizational culture that best suited him.
