This therefore calls for strategic input, in terms of collaboration and vendor partnerships so as to increase our market share. To this, we have had discussions with our vendors who have called for the implementation of certain regulations in order to satisfy their criteria for continued business growth.
This, therefore, highlights the major regulations that will come into effect as from Monday, the 30th, 2015. To this end, employees must strictly adhere to the regulations to enable us comply with the regulations in order to maintain continued working relationship.

Occupational health is a fundamental obligation that organizations maintain in order to sustain the health of its employees as well as their productivity. It will therefore be mandatory for all employees to undergo on spot health screening exercises at various spots suitable for the company.
It is of great value for the employees to be in a state of sound mind and well being, during working hours so as to enhance performance. Our strategic position in business demands that employees be able to attend their work schedules without failure and in good health in order to sustain the competitiveness of the company at large.
This is because the company products require that employees be free from complications that arise as a result of indulgence in drugs and other stimulating substances that may reduce work performance, in order to ensure that every employee attends to customers in a professional manner. This is because drugs and other stimulants may hinder customer satisfaction.
The organization also strives to compete favorably with its competitors in the marketplace, to which it expects that all employees uphold the said regulations, which time by time may also collect information from clients, in which they may submit the employee serial number in order to ensure total compliance.
This will be to ensure that our corporate identity remain untainted by careless employees under the influence of liquor or cigarettes. This then highlights the need for all employees to attend the on-spot screening excises.
The company will particularly be very strict in the above areas due to recent reports that have been raised by our vendors.
