Employees now have mold their skills and abilities in the same way as required by the employers. The main reason behind this same activity is that the amount and level of employers are increasing comparatively in higher concession as compared to employees, and they usually have numerous options available to hire and train an incumbent(Dunn, 2010, pp.45).
There are certain skills that exclusively used by the employers while hiring the best talent for their company(Dunn, Halonen and Smith, 2008, pp.56).These skills include exceptional communication and numeracy skills along with positive attitudes while working in the official teams(Sternberg, Roediger and Halpern, 2007, pp.60). Apart from that time management and customer awareness are some other important skills in which employers seem very interested to initiate accordingly (Prospects.ac.uk, 2015, pp.90).
I have done BSc (Hons) in Business Studies with the American studies(Rubenfeld and Scheffer, 2010, pp.120). During my study, I have studied some major business related subjects such as Retail Marketing, People Management, Finance for Business and others that are more than enough to paddle up and molding my skills according to the requirement of the employers. Continuous hard work and rigorous amount of training specifically in the areas of reading, writing, researching and presenting makes me able to take the burdensome of an organization on my shoulders(Gambrill and Gibbs, 2009, pp.45).
Exceptional interpersonal and Communication skills are some of the major types of skills that required by the employers from their employees, and I have the guts and ability from which I can be a perfect choice for the employers(Hughes, 2014, pp.10). I am a tri-lingual person with exceptional command over English language which is more than enough for having a perfect career. Employers suppose their employees to communicate with each other with a single language and English has occupied this space completely. My skills of being fluent in English makes me able to communicate effectively with the management and within the teams which are some major aspects related to the employment.

Business Experience Future and Work Experience

Apart from the aforementioned skills, I have also found that work experience is also very important for a candidate as far as increasing their chance to select for a job(Hughes, 2014, pp.12). Rather hire and then train a new person, organizations prefer to have employees with relevant work experience and business experience. However, there are some specific jobs in which hiring fresh candidates are necessary like Management Trainee Programs (MTO)(Hughes and Lavery, 2004, pp.20)
I have been working from last 6 years in different organization and on different positions, however none of my job relates to my area of study and expertise. But I have learned a lot from my previous job experience, as every job pushed me one step further to being productive and powerful. I served four years approximately as a Store Manager in S.C. Diamond a&RImpex Com in Romania, in which I engaged with the customer service operations. Apart from ensuring high level of customer service, I learned the styles of communicating effectively because the environment in the company was very friendly and congenial for their employees. I didn’t learn much in the Bank Teller job, however my job experience at S.C. Energy S.R.L gave a chance to promote and enhance my communication skills and the customer oriented skills with a positive manner and attitude(Hughes and Lavery, 2004, pp.120). I worked as Customer Service Agent in that company for more than one year in which I was supposed to treat and have a strong liaison with the clients and ensure them the timeliness to complete their work. Apart from that, the worked also learned me regarding the management, as I was also engaged in the event management contracts and duties(Rubenfeld and Scheffer, 2006, pp.34).
I gained exceptional command over two or three skills which are required by the employers in the current scenario of industrialization which are exceptional communication skills, problem solving skills and customer orientation skills which will certainly help me out in the near future to have a perfect job in my hands wherein I can contribute all of these skills to excel the growth and the goodwill of the company towards the Zenith.
I grab these things very quickly because I gained both theoretical and practical knowledge from my study and from job as well, and I am very confident that these skills will certainly assist me to promote high in my career.

The Core Learning Modules

We have done number of activities during the entire core learning modules, and the best activity which I have found is the research, writing and then presenting. Research and writing has now emerged as one of the topmost activities in the organizational functions to excel the careers of the individuals. I have learned a lot from these learning modules, and now become able to apply the most relevant and power techniques as far as applying the communication stance is concerned. Research, writing and communication will also help me out to enhance my name in the team workings while I will join the organization. Apart from that my attendance in Zoodikers Consulting and Employability Conference will also help me out to accomplish my objectives easily.
