Being white in the United States can provide us so many privileges, but this in fact is a result of the discriminative attitude of the society. Discrimination has dissolved slowly, but its effect can hardly disappear. One of the stigma to it is because the discrimination was created by the white people, thus being white can mean as being racist. The victims of the racism will see all the white as the same, and that is racist.
Intersectionality has somewhat became a personality of person. Employers will usually choose candidates from their background even when they have lower qualifications compared to the candidates from different background. Many skilled labours get paid low and can not get promoted due to the fact that they are black or because they are females.
Being black already gives the man disadvantages. Even when racism had dissolved, but few still have that mindset, but there are so many grants for Black people. Additionally when they are affluent, wealthy black are identical to criminal activities and many would think that way too. But being affluent at some point will also give us disadvantages, the first thing people would think about affluent people is that they are spoiled and would use their position to get whatever they wanted. Some people would also try to get close to them to benefit from them. And lastly, in my opinion heterosexual does not have any bad implication in college life.
It implies that young males started to label any feminine or gay as fag. It is in fact a slang language and meant to give a more negative meaning to the person.
Races are made by so many determinants. It can be skin colour, eye shape, face shape, heights and so many things. People would always see this. Even when they do not understand the term Asians and Americans, they would see the difference in their faces, and that would mean they see races. Thus researchers would see it as impossible to never see race.
American African would usually feel out of place when they are around full Americans. In fact there was a time where American Africans were considered as a disgrace between the whites. But when around Africans, they also feel minor rejections. But mostly, since Africans are victims of racism, the American African feels more belonged in the African society. They are still considered as black though.
Passing is when a person from a racial group is also accepted in a different racial group. It can be defined as having two or more racial identity. It can benefit the person for being able to be accepted in any traditions, but also subject to discrimination towards any of the racial group. For example when a group allows polygamy while the other does not, the person can do polygamy legally.
When a disability is not seen, someone will always have a chance to be discredited at a later stage. But when the disability is seen, he/she will always be discredited.

Ascribed statuses are status that they earned from birth. While achieved are statuses that they earned after doing something, for example, marriage at some culture makes any outsider becomes their member.
When we hear about veteran, we will usually think of a guy rather than a female. In Joe's case, Joe is the female and she is the veteran. As the family came together, they would think that the veteran was the husband. Unmarked status is when there is no stereotype regarding gender or race for an occupation or system.
It is both hegemonic and natural law. The false perception is somewhat a dominant term in the country, while the law also binds them.
Consider a husband does not work because they can get economic facility from government for the poor. In a hegemonic way, this is true and legal. But in natural law, it is a husband's duty to give a decent life for his family.
The other case is when in natural law, someone is binded by religion to not kill any living creature, but this does not mean he can avoid a responsibility as a butcher.
People cannot assess themselves without having other's thought. In fact they can understand themselves better after the wrong label that people give.

Essay

Women are starting to attend college and try to graduate even faster than men. This has been an emerging trend in occupational and educational life of the country. Even though men still attend college, but women outpaced them in attending and completing them. This resulting in a higher quality women compared to men, and provides a higher competition in workplaces.
The driver to this is possibly the fact that women are at a great disadvantages in career. People would prefer men when taking an employee. For example, pilots are men, there clearly is no gender equality in this spot. Even there are more men CEOs than female CEOs.
This has positive impact in our economy. When there are more educated women, it means that the quality of female labour increased greatly, and can offer more to our economy. Women are also known for their good manner and behaviour, but again was disadvantaged due to the gender inequality. They could not get a good job offering due to the fact that they are female.
Men now should compete with women in the workplaces, and this fact will also drive the men to attend college and achieve higher. This has a good impact in increasing the competitiveness of the workplaces.
However, there will be a concern in family matters. Men has always been the leader of the family. If the female outpaced men in education, this can make the woman as the family head as they are more knowledgeable. At the worst scenario, conflicts can also incur between husband and wife due to wife taking more control.
