For the last 9 months, was responsible for all the clients in her respective areas of operation. She also was able to increase the revenue of NRG while still maintaining a stable risk profile.
She developed O&G business in NRG from only 1 client, Pertamina, to 4 additional leading O&G companies in Indonesia. This reflects an increase in revenue from O&G by 10% in 2014.
Amidst the downturn in the coal industry, Sylvi was able to obtain a leading SOE coal company as a new client. This client will contributed a significant amount of revenue in 2014.
She was able to increase non-lending revenue and cross sell ; i.e. first IRS deal in NRG in 2014 for PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk , increasing foreign exchange flow from SOE, to tap cash management from Pupuk Indonesia and Bukit Asam.

She was able to establish strong pipelines for 2015 with a healthy ROE and robust limit management.
