Free Biography On Narrative Speech About Myself
I am American of Hispanic origin, who was raised in a conventional Catholic family. Try to imagine my earliest memories and feelings of such an upbringing, for I am the only girl and the last born of four older brothers in the family from Eagle Pass Texas. Even at the age of 30, I still get picked on during our frequent family gatherings. Perhaps the saddest moment in my life approached 20 years ago when I learned that my oldest brother passed away. I figured out early that life is not about fun only; you are expected to take on responsibilities, without being warned or prepared to. My whole life turned upside down at the age of 15, when I discovered that I am going to have a baby. Now, being a single mother and raising a teenager daughter is one of the greatest challenges for me. Being half a way through finishing college, I aspire to become a nurse, who takes all what life has to offer.
As the black sheep of my family, I was constantly encouraged to follow the excellent example of my 3 three brothers who are happily married and have children. Nevertheless, I am proud to be a part of my large family with 5 nephews, 4 nieces and 16 great nieces and nephews. Although, socializing in a broader sense is not on my daily menu, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and a couple of close friends. My aspiration is to become a registered nurse or a Nurse Practitioner, maybe even marry someone in a uniform, but the role model I am taking after is my charge nurse. Working in a hospital and studying, my life is filled and fun, too, however, it differs from the other persons lives at my age.
