Teaching experience must be expressed in the technology of the educational process, identifying the interdependence of its components. The sphere of influence of the teacher's personality encompasses intellectual, emotional, and volitional effectively hand the perception of students. Stable professional pedagogical orientation of the teacher’s personality is reflected in his moral and ethical attitude towards their profession, around the nature of its pedagogical and educational activities. This is in a large extent determines the success of his activities, job satisfaction and communication with children. The successful performance of professional duties requires teachers teaching certain abilities and skills. General abilities, especially memory, attention, thinking activity, imagination, willpower turn into pedagogical abilities of a good teacher. identify specific educational and training tasks, based on the overall learning objectives, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of students and socio-psychological characteristics of the class, create a favorable climate and mood in the team;
learn the identity of the student and the whole class for the purpose of diagnosis and design of their development, education, ascending the ladder of knowledge;
provide current and future planning of educational and extra-curricular activities for children. Carrying out specific educational activities;
use a variety of forms, methods, tools and techniques to guide the educational activities of students;
organize and mobilize the children to perform the tasks (to define the sequence of actions and their actions students form an asset class, coordinate relations between asset classes and to conduct monitoring, summarizing and analysis of the work);

In the process of communicating the teacher should be able to understand the position of the student, to be able to penetrate his peace of mind, in the most subtle psychological characteristics of life emerging personality.
