In Denton by interstate I-35, there is a graveyard of the old cars, it is there right now, right there under the blue sky of Texas. But it seems that it’s a piece of past, where the souls of thousands of classic cars rest in peace in a deadly silence. The first thing that comes to mind as you enter the graveyard is that a journey to the past has begun, and you become a time traveler. The cars standing there, as they have been there since the beginning of life on earth, silent, frozen, and gazed. Some of them are still in a good shape, and intact, just like an old man who is simply witnessing the passing centuries. Some have defects, missing some of their parts, just like soldiers back from war. Looking at them causes sorrow, as you feel they do not deserve what they are right now. There is a pride but full of grief. Then you see a part of a car, it can be an old radio, just imagine what moments have been affected by it, maybe an important part of history was changed. Playing a love song from this radio could be the start of love story or vice versa, it could be a healing for a broken heart with its heartsome music. The rusty and foreworn appearance of these cars just shows passing of the ages, it shows how long they have been there or how new we are to this world, but it never lessens the role that they have played in our world, though they are silent, though they are frozen or likely dead now.
