INTRODUCTION:-
The emotional intelligence is like hand full of flowers. It is the basic need of a complete person that how he/she react to the particular situation and how smartly it handle it. There are basically the things which are need to be balanced when it is needed to show the emotional intelligence that are self- awareness, self regulation, self-motivation and social competencies.
This is further explained with the help of two performance dimensions of the employees of different companies.
Performance dimension 1:-

This is how Joseph is being judged according to his emotional behavior in the organization culture. This helps in understand the emotional intelligence of the person through management assessment skills.
Now irrespective to the above emotionally intelligent Joseph, the other performance consists of the irresponsible person. Let’s see how it is being analyzed and judged.
