AIESEC is considered to be a youth non-for-profit and non-governmental organization. It represents itself as the biggest student organization in the world. The members of AIESEC are strongly convinced that only young people with a global view of world affairs may change the world by means of humankind’s potential development. Thus, these people act like efficient leaders. Denil is one of these significant representatives. He hold the position of Vice President of Incoming Exchange in Brazil. Denil received an excellent education in Telecommunication in Kazakhstan. While studying in the university, Denil was lucky to apply for AIESEC member. Since that time Denil works on the international level of AIESEC management.
His works inspires not only students, but adults. Being 23, Denil could help many people to fulfill the journey and to look around the world from different angle. He is the professional of Exchange programs and at the same time turns out the constant consumer.
Denil answered:
Organization AIESEC was founded in 1948 in Stockholm by students from seven European countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden in order to develop friendly relations among nations and peoples after World War II. During 66 years AIESEC organization included 120 countries and its mission has changed in the direction of strengthening of intercultural understanding and make a positive contribution to society through the development potential of young people (Denil, personal communication, February 3, 2015).
Therefore, Denil take the direct part in mission fulfillment. Especially, dealing with foreign countries, he orients on the increasing of exchange quantity. It is obvious fact that Denil envisions personal approach in goal achievement. To clarify this, I asked him, ‘How do you realize AIESEC vision?’.
Denil gladly stated:
There is no accidental fact that I hold the position of Vice president of Incoming Exchange. Exchange in AIESEC is specified tool aimed to propagate this vision. We are trying to make as much programs as possible because every exchange is the impact in somebody’s life. In this way, we grow up the tolerance to foreigners, create the global thinking, involve people in strange culture and consequently, solve the social issues concerning world problems, culture, ecology and teaching. For instance, I was the intern in Germany. My main work focused on the dealing with disabled children. One boy was oyster. Mentors gave up him. Thus, I had no alternative, but to speak exactly with him. In 2 week I could become his real friend. So, this is my vision (Denil, personal communication, February 3, 2015).
Denil was prominent AIESECer not only in Kazakhstan, but in the world as well. The inspired members of his committee created the amazing video that presents him in the background of many cities. Therefore, I could not help paying attention to this fact and to ask him personally.
Denil turned out the real traveler. He visited 44 countries. It is an amazing result for his 23 years old. Following his point, “It is rather silly not to buy own product, isn’t it?” (Denil, personal communication, February 3, 2015).
According to the Denil’s global future plans, he orients on the world recognition of AIESEC experience, because it could have played the vital role in employment.
This man has a global impact on the worlds, considering the social problems. As for me I see my self-realization against the background of entrepreneurship. Our team works on different startups and develops the application for Android platform. We appreciate the Denil’s job and would like to help in social problem solution due to the technology development.
