Basic benefitsThe basic benefits available to all employees on a full-time basis (35hours and more weekly) will include:
Health Insurance: The Company will offer health insurance to all its full-time employees of up to $20,000 per annum. A medical insurance fund will be set up for each employee to be utilized by them and their family members.
Social Security benefits: The Company will set up a pension fund for all its full-time employees equal to 20% of their annual salary. After retirement, the company will ensure that the said employee has access to their pension fund.
Family and Medical Leave: Each employee is allowed up to 12 weeks unpaid leave after working for the organization for a period of 12 month. The leave period covers family needs such as birth, adoption or a family member who is ill (Youssef & Stark, 2014).
Additional Benefits:
Commuting relief benefit: Every employee is entitled to commuting benefits whether they use the bus, train of whether they drive themselves (Kozak, 2010). The company will therefore, re-reimburse its employees all cost incurred when commuting to work.
Vacation/Leave: Taking vacations has been linked to the overall well-being of employees. Studies show that employees who take vacations at least once a year are happier and fulfilled (Korzynski, 2013). Therefore, all employees are eligible to paid leave and vacations after they have been with the company for a year.
Flexible work options: The company will provide all its employees flexible working options so long as the employee’s working options do not interfere with company productivity. All full-time employees should work 35-40 hours a week and 8 hours a day. Employees are free to work between the hours of 6am to 9pm to cover the required working hours.
Meals: The Company will provide tea and coffee for all employees at work.
