Record bookings were made for new commercial planes of more than 1400 units. Aircraft deliveries, satellite delivery, and Navy deliveries were made successfully. An overall financial position and stand of the company shows an upward trend of economic growth. This is shown through combination and implementation of correct strategic tools to this business of high class.
The company has formulated a strategy of leadership by drafting a leadership and responsibility model for continuous growth and sustainable development. The model uses the company's strategies for minimizing cost and optimal use of given resources. This is done to formulate plans and make executions. The company has shown growth in all the leading markets of the world. The Overall company is a worldwide leader. The company has tested across six continents for the noise pollution and carbon emission control; its more than 25 technologies successfully on ecoDemonstrator. All such actions and plans show a bright financial future of the company.
The company has shown a positive sign by formulating world leading strategies and then applying them to achieve proper growth. The financial planning is also remarkable and in compliance with strategic planning. The company needs to be consistent with it.
