It is evident that both the Chaoxians and the Druze have managed to maintain their cultures and endured a lot of pressure from the rest of the communities. The Chaoxian’s ensure that they teach their children their native language before allowing them to learn Chinese. They also maintained their traditional farming practices and foods as opposed to the other minority group in China. On the other hand, the Druze people have kept their culture all the time. They have forbidden marriage from other tribes in the surrounding. However, they can allow one to marry from outside the country to ensure that the marriage last. In addition, when one defies their cultural codes, the person becomes an outcast. Although most tribes in the world practice circumcision, the Druze people do not. They believe that one must not have sex until marriage although men do not keep such in most cases. Sexual conversation is taboo and, therefore, it is rarely discussed. Both the tribes have a universal language and customs.
The two tribes have a long history characterized by a unique integration with other tribes in the world. The Chaoxians have mingled with the Chinese to some great extent that includes intermarriage. Although the Chaoxians seem to serve as laborers in China, they have asserted their presence to the point of making China fear losing them as its 55th tribe. They have also showed a lot of desires to move to other countries including going back to South Korea. On the other sides, The Druze had spread to various parts of the world. Some of have taken roles in leadership in the modern times. Currently, one can find the Druze in Israel, USA, UAE, and other parts of the world the world. The same case applies to the Chaoxians.
