The article by Mark provides explanation on the nature of the alienation of the workers alienation from the production act. The act of production entails the use of machines in production and the divisions of labor. The external factors for any worker alienate them from the act of production. For instance, a worker engaging in the production will not encounter their essential being because it is hard to confirm or mark a brand of their work in production. The employee denies themselves the rights and opportunities that serve as a fundamental requirement for self-appreciation and recognition. As such, an engagement of a worker in the acts of production causes their alienation.
Additionally, the application of the machinery, as illustrated by Karl Marx, increases the impoverishment of workers, who become machines substitutes quickly. Hard labor of employees accumulates the capital and increases the growth prosperity of a given society. However, it leads to the alienation of the worker from the labor products and the production acts. Other effects of machinery are the increased dependence on the capitalist and greater exposure to external competition. Additionally, it drives a worker in a frenzy of overproduction of goods and services and subsequently into the slump.
The kind of alienation where a man separates his being and the tasks about the self-sacrifice results from an external factor. The separation belongs to an individual who owns the labor of the alienated person. An equivalent analogy for illustration is the worship of God in the religion, which leads to the detachment of the human mind just like would be the case during production. As such, alienation results from the repetitive nature or the pre-determination of a worker, hence their impoverishment.
