The health problems and the questions good giving a live to a child or pregnancy planning are of a crucial importance for society nowadays.
I share the opinion that there should be legal right to health care in the contract of pregnancy. Pregnancy is not only medical concept today, it contributes to the society by bringing new members which can not be controlled or regulated by the government. In addition, even from the ethical point of view children should always live with their parents in real families therefore the birth of the children and their living conditions are to be strictly regulated by law. Every state in the United States has programs to give financial, medical and other information, advice and other services important for a healthy pregnancy" (Pregnancyandchildren.com, 2015).
Another burning question is the financial aspect of the parental care. The vast majority of families are not able to take care of the children in appropriate way because they need to work and to earn money. Therefore, government is to be responsible for making it affordable to have a child by means of monthly payments, various discounts and services.
As the result government should also take care of the prospective parents and take legal actions against those who violate their child's destiny: parents either fail to provide the child with the needed parental attention and take care of it. Parents should always remember that pregnancy not a business.
An open question still remains - who is to be responsible for all of the mentioned above? Definitely, the responsibility lies first of all on the parents as they are to take care of the future of their children. Secondly, families are to be supported by government in financial aspects. Moreover, "many government and private organizations are dedicated to helping pregnant women at no cost" (families, 2015). And, thirdly, the court can only interfere when the child' rights are violated.
