Introduction
Human beings are characterized by certain personality that is unique to each individual. This unique personality is crucial and can be used to evaluate human relationships in a variety of situations. These human relationships are important since they can have a lot of impact on various fields of production. According to the study carried out, it is evident that the kind of relationships among individuals has proved to have a significant impact on productivity in working areas. For instance, the research showed that two out five breakdowns in every relationship had a negative impact in their work productivity. The survey also showed that about 40% of employees who encountered argument with co-workers and spouses ended up developing negativity in working environment. This led to working for fewer hours than expected. Subsequently this led to low productivity.
The study showed that clients who were satisfied with their marriage could afford to work for longer hours if need be. They also felt motivated to work due to the good relationship with others and could afford to spare time even for 2-3 times a week to spend with their co-workers. The study showed that these good relationships had a good impact on productivity and provided a favorable environment for the people working there. The study also showed that nearly 70% of individuals who were provided with job security felt motivated and were satisfied when undertaking their duties. The results obtained showed that at least 50% of clients who were satisfied with their current jobs could afford to work for their co-workers in case they were absent. When it came to relationship with their bosses, over 40% of the clients claimed that they were motivated to work for sometime without focusing on promotion provided the relationship was positive.
