Since the very childhood, I have always wished to become a businessman. Luckily, I was born and grew up in a family that has been running its own business since many years. The business talk of my family members used to excite and urged me to enter the business world as I can benefit from their years of experience.
After doing research on my own, I found that customer is the king to the business management where it is important to attract more customers through serving their product and service needs. It is imperative that a business should be able to market its product to generate enough revenue to create stakeholder value. Business cannot run as a going concern until it keeps attracting and serving more customers for revenue generation and sustainability.
This minor program is also important because it will give me an added advantage in the market. It is so because businesses should design their websites in a manner that they should impress and convince visiting customers to make purchases.
In the end, I must mention that I am deeply convinced by the field of marketing and its importance in business management because learning this area will give me strength in the business world to access potential buyers, increase sales, serve more customers, launch/maintain a brand name and keep enhancing the business’ reputation in the marketplace .
