Discussion and results
Introduction
This paper provides the understanding of the gender discrimination in order to identify women preferences in Latin American labor market. This examined the results and discussion by employing the questionnaire. The questionnaire has been distributed among the students to answer the provided questions.
The main goal of this paper is to recognize such methods that how gender discrimination identify gender preferences in American labor market and the outcome which can increase the employments in the Latin American labor market. This needs careful knowledge of the problems that are associated to gender discrimination in United States. With this, knowledge of processes and procedures or strategies is being used by different countries which are considered as crucial to. So, the current research would require the development of strategies as well as their suitability for gender discrimination seeing several conditions that include its cost-effective setup.
Data collection
According to Australian Government (2013), Data collection method is depend on the basis of which researcher collect the required data from the respondents of the study. There have been several means with which collection of data can be done. Two of the most common are qualitative and quantitative methods. Quantitatively, the data is collected with the assistance of a well-designed and well synchronized questionnaire, however qualitatively; focused group interviews or observations are made. In this research, quantitative method has been adopted, which indicates that questionnaire is made which has been distributed among the students for gathering their responses regarding the gender discrimination in order to identify women preferences in Latin American labor market.
Survey
The Survey is extremely informative to collect the data because it has provided the relevant information to use the questionnaires and valuable informative interviews to get the relevant and specific results. The questionnaire approach is economical and efficient way to collect data for this research study. In addition to that, the results which are collected from the questionnaire are more reasonable and specific and relevant to the required topic.
Results and Discussion
According to the two questions responses, from the first question response it is recognized that 32% students think that Americans have an equal opportunity to get an education while 7% of the students does not have idea about this. On the other hand, focusing on the response of the second question it can be said that 23% of students believe that they are not sure about the social services provided by the government. They think that Americans will have less individual freedom while 27% of them think that they probably did not get social services by the government and always require having less freedom.
Results of the first question response, in detail are as follows: 14.32% students responded True, 4.9% students responded Probably True, 3.7% students responded I Don’t Know, 12.27% students responded Probably False and 11.25% students responded False.
Results of the second question response, in detail are as follows: 5.11% students responded Yes, 8.18% students responded Probably, 10.23% students responded I’m Not Sure, 12.27% students responded Probably Not and 8.18% students responded No.
Conclusion
It can be concluded that Americans usually get equal opportunity to study education while very less students believed that they did not get any opportunity. According to the discussion above, it can be said that mostly students does not believe that social services and the policies by government can be provided to Americans, they usually think that they have less individual freedom while 18% of them think that Americans get social services and policies accordingly. It is identified that the collection of data is more reasonable and informative for the students.
