The immigrants are not provided the extension of stay in US. The law does not support this matter because the extended stay can make things worse. The immigrants are living on a job, and if their stay gets extended they might not have the due job, so they become a burden on society. Moreover, with rising issues pertaining to international crimes, it is lawful to depart the immigrant after completion of his stay. In this way, the security and guard of people cannot be compromised. The issue of prostitution which is legal in some countries but banned in other states seems unfair law enforcement. But the clear facts are not mentioned regarding the states of Nevado. The ten countries among the seventeen countries of Nevado permit prostitution legally. Moreover, only brothels are indulged in these activities. On the other hand, streetwalking is not legal all around the states (Spector, 2006). The legality provided may be due to some reasons; it is possible that the number of increasing immigrants in Nevado (Weitzer, 2012) have commenced this profession and forcibly get it permitted.
The fact that the actual problem is assisted with the owners of guns rather than the gun itself is kind of true. The same weapon can be the cause of safety and destruction; it depends on its usage. However, the possession of the gun and holding a fire gun is risked belonging. The people who are out of senses and are mad should not be given charge of guns but that is not possible because the quality check of madness is not available and one cannot identify the madness in a person who intends to buy a gun. Furthermore, providing guards for each school, park and other places for the safety is not sufficient as the guards would not be available for every school.
