Richard St John has presented 8 reasons of success in most interesting and brief way in his presentation. The 8 points he has mentioned with good humor and not all of his points are common with others. These 8 unique points have become my inspiration and would help me climb up the ladder of success.
Richard had a lot of confidence while presenting; he was brief, and he had been successful in grabbing the attention of the audience, added humor to his conversation and kept it brief, unlike log boring presentations. He has explained 8 rules of success as shortly as possible, and that was the most exciting part of his presentation.

Rules of Success:

Serve – A person should always stick on to his moral values and serve values to other people, like pass it on.
Passion – A person should be passionate about his work/dreams only then he can be successful. When he does it for the sake of love for his work, then only a person can be successful not when he aims to make money.
Focus- When a person focuses on one thing particularly and not tries to jump on everything trying to take many things along then he can lead to success.
Work – Hard work is the key to success always, without working hard one cannot expect to be payed off and be successful.

Persist- When a person persists failure, criticism and rejection that is one of the keys to success.

Ideas- A person should always believe in his ideas, capabilities and creativity.
Good- If one needs to be good at something practice, practice and practice.
Push –Self motivation is the most important thing, it removes self-doubts, shyness and everything else, boosts morale and leads to success.
