This information can be disseminated appropriately to the employees through organizational policies. In such scenarios, a company may organize forums and meetings where the company managers inform their employees why such actions have to be implemented. Company can also provide circulars or notices to its employees regarding the introduction of a new policy that would ensure that their driving habits are monitored.
The appropriate persons that should have employees’ behavioral data are the human resource manager and other organizational managers. Human resource managers have the responsibility to monitor and supervise various activities and behaviors of their employees. Taking this factor into consideration, they have the mandate to access the aforementioned data for purposes of decision-making. Other organizational managers i.e. CEO’s may need this data for decision-making processes.
Selling the Data to Outside Companies
Yes. The company has the mandate and the responsibility to protect the privacy of its employees. However, in some cases, the company may decide to sell its employees’ data to an outside company, only if its policy states so. For example, policies that indicating that a company may sell its data for purposes of acquiring more income, provided it does not infringe on other employees’ rights.

Reducing the number of networks in a company does not reduce possible cyber threats that it may experience. The best approach would involve seeking information on how these threats may be prevented from interfering with an organization’s data. The current technological environment exposes companies to various forms of spyware technologies as well as anti-viruses that may be used to prevent cyber-threats.
