AIESEC is nonpolitical, non-for-profit, student organization run by students and recent graduates.
Organization AIESEC was founded in 1948 in Stockholm. Over 67 years AIESEC organization successfully acts in 124 countries and its mission has changed in the direction of strengthening of intercultural understanding by making a positive contribution to society through the development of humankind’s potential. AIESEC is officially recognized by UNESCO as the world's largest organizations managing young people at all levels of government from local to global.

Each project is implemented by AIESEC, aims to develop leadership potential in youth. In this case, one of the most important elements of our projects is an international youth exchange - in every project we engage the experience of foreign countries, establish contacts between young people from different countries and in general do joint projects.
The 93% of alumni in AIESEC Hong Kong hold the positions of leaders in their work. The representative office turns out the biggest in China and aims to do the exchange programs worldwide.

Identification of Needs & Opportunities

Project Scope
The WWB project foresees the opportunities to get fixed up in a job in international companies as JCI, AlphaSights, Pfizer, Education First etc. The duration of project is 1 year. On the completion of the courses students receive the international diploma in IT, marketing or teaching. The chosen companies provide the worthy salary. The other positive side is the multinational environment. Surely, this project has the appropriate requirement for candidates that particularly described in attached brochure. The attendance is absolutely free and requires only admission of further steps described below.
