Initial Research Proposal

This research proposal is going to helping the children in the community understand and know about our savior Jesus Christ. There is need for the introduction of this type of biblical school for children's evangelism. Through this program is the only way that the children will have to know Our Lord Jesus and many get close to God. Knowing about Jesus is following his steps. In the Bible we also read that Jesus started to go learn about the scrip’s when he was still a young boy. He went too Jerusalem for the Passover festive at the age of 12 years old and this mainly according to their customs. After the Passover was over, Jesus was left behind by his parents without knowing and later found in the temple listening to the teaching and asking them question (Luke 2:41-52). This shows that it is important to start teaching children about Jesus Christ when they are still young as Jesus teaching started at a younger age.
Through this research, the Christian churches will understand for children to start learning about Jesus Christ when they are still young. Furthermore there is some teaching from the bible that was meant to be implemented at an early age. For example among the Ten Commandments, children are advised to respect their parents so that they may live longer in this world. These are teachings that children need to be taught so that they can start following the teaching of the bible by respecting their parents and the elders in the community.” Honor thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God gives thee.” (Exodus 20:12).
Do children really understand the teaching of the bible and put them into practice? Teaching the children about Jesus Christ is very important. However the leaders should understand that these teaching should be well understood by the children. This calls for the Christian leaders to simplify the language they use and to come up with a time for teaching the children and not mixing them with the elderly. Through this method is when the children will understand the bibles teaching.
The first things I will do during my semester is move from door to door of my community and tell the parents of my idea to teach the children about the good news of Jesus Christ. This will take me two weeks to accomplish. The second thing is to look for a strategic point for teaching the children. This point should a place easy accessible by the children and finally starting my teaching which will be in a daily basis after my classes. Through this plan I hope to encourage the children to love the teaching of the Christ and try to encourage them implement some of the teaching. This will encourage most of the parents because their children behavior will change drastically.
The proposal will start with an introduction; this will include briefly what I want to talk about. Followed by the problem statement; includes teaching the children the news of Jesus Christ. Thirdly are the Objectives; entails what is to be achieved in the proposal, the Methodology; entails the method used in involving the children in the teachings about Jesus Christ, Evaluation, Dissemination, Budget and finally Appendices.
