Method of contacting group communication and collaboration
The primary means of communication for the group members will be Google docs and email. Email allows the sharing of attachments and large chunks of text thus it is appropriate for the sending of individual contributions towards the project. In addition, Google docs will allow individual group members to form and edit the project online. Moreover, it permits access to the document from any computer thus it is appropriate to enhance group collaboration.
How to handle potential differences in opinion
Group collaboration has proven to result in the emergence of problems between the group members, particularly because of failure to adhere to work schedules and personality differences. In order to avert disagreements, the group leader will allocate the group duties to the members with reference to the preferences and specialties of the group members. For this reason, the group members will be required to state their preferred roles towards achieving the aims of the project (Web.mit.edu, 2015).
