This is the questionnaire that will be sent to the respondents involved in this study. This questionnaire will contain a mixture of closed-ended and open-ended questions. Both have their own functions. The closed-ended questions will help find various possible explanations for the investigate issue.

What older people have you had dinner with?
Do you think there is a difference in how you watch your etiquette when having dinner with an older person and when eating with a person your age?
What is that difference, if any?
Have you had dinner with a friend?
How about a stranger, say, someone you are meeting for the first time?
What is the difference in how you watch your dinner etiquette when alone with a friend and in the presence of a stranger?
Is there a difference when the stranger is of your age/generation?
When are you most watchful of your dinner etiquette: eating with an older person or a stranger your own age?
Why is that?
Conclusion
These questions are important. The plan here is to find out if age or acquaintance is the main factors behind differences (if any) in behaviors at dinner. The first set of questions focus on the age/generational factor, and whether this influence behavior set dinner. The second set of questions focuses on friendship. However, question 10 focuses on both, looking to pinpoint the key factor (age or acquaintance) that influence dinner etiquette. Therefore, these questions provide the exact information needed.
